Black Swans, according to the author Nassim Nicholas Taleb, are

“the random events that underlie our lives, from bestsellers to world disasters. Their impact is huge… they’re nearly impossible to predict….”.

In his best-selling book of the same name, Taleb cites classic examples of Black Swans such as the invention of the wheel, the Wall Street Crash, Harry Potter, the internet and 9/11.

Here at this website our aim is to focus not on events, but on PEOPLE who could have made a difference to the circles they moved in, but didn‘t.

There is no doubt in my mind, that if parallel worlds do exist, then ladies and gents, you’re looking at superstars here.
